• How Can I Check if My HOA Dues Are Current in My Account?

  Simply log in to the HOA Owner Portal to view your current account balance, payment history, and any outstanding charges in real time. If you have questions about your balance, our management team is happy to assist.

• Where Do I Get a Copy of the Governing Documents for the Association?

  All governing documents, including the CC&Rs, bylaws, and community rules, are available for download within the HOA Owner Portal. You may also request copies directly from our management team.

• What Legal Responsibilities Are There if I Have a Tenant in an HOA?

  As the owner, you remain responsible for ensuring your tenant complies with the association’s governing documents and rules. We recommend providing your tenant with a copy of the community guidelines and notifying management of the tenant’s contact information so important communications can be shared.

• What Tenant Information Do I Need to Provide to You?

  Please provide your tenant’s full name, contact information, and lease dates so we can keep accurate records, share community updates, and coordinate amenity or gate access where applicable.

• What Are the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions for the Association?

  The CC&Rs are the recorded rules that govern how properties within the community may be used and maintained. They help protect property values and preserve the appearance and livability of the neighborhood. A full copy is available in your owner portal.

• Are Owner’s Guests and Tenants Allowed to Use Common Area Facilities?

  In most communities, tenants and accompanied guests may use common area amenities in accordance with the association’s rules. Specific guidelines, reservations, and any usage limits are outlined in your governing documents and can be managed through the portal.

• Who Maintains the Properties and the Common Areas?

  Homeowners are responsible for maintaining their individual property as outlined in the governing documents, while the association oversees maintenance of shared common areas. We coordinate vendors and routine inspections to keep common areas well-maintained year-round.

• Where Can I Submit Questions, Comments and Work Orders?

  You can submit questions, comments, maintenance requests, and work orders anytime through the HOA Owner Portal. Our management team monitors submissions regularly and will respond promptly.
